This was the view from the dining room (Tuesday) the next morning, it was a winter wonderland. We started cleaning up the cabin & packing our stuff because my uncle said we should leave that day instead of staying until Wednesday like we planned.
So we took the kids out for one final time sledding in the snow. It wasn't snowing yet so it was a lot of fun!
While we were outside sledding my uncle drove up & said we needed to leave as soon as possible, the storm had already come up over the ridge. With teamwork we cleaned the entire cabin, had lunch & were loaded up in 2 hours time. Little did we know how bad the drive down the mountain was gonna be.We are so thankful for this awesome family vacation! Thank you Mom & Dad, we had such a great time! It was so nice to hang out & talk without all of the everyday distractions!
