A few weekends ago we went to our annual married couples retreat at the Rancho Las Palmas Resort in Rancho Mirage! We had such a good time with friends & each other especially after getting the news that we had to be out of our house by the 23rd. We used the time to relax, prepare ourselves for the move & talk about our future.
We checked in on Friday had the 1st session (class) & then went to dinner with the Dulaney's. The next morning we hung out by the pool until 1pm, had lunch & then went to our 2nd & 3rd sessions. After that it was free time so we went to dinner with a few of our closest friends at a Sushi place called Okura. We had a blast!

After dinner we went back to the resort & sat outside enjoying a glass of champagne together
The last morning we had breakfast, went to our wrap up session & then we had communion together. After that we hung out by the pool again & went to lunch at the Cheesecake factory! We had such a great time & can't wait till next year. It was nice to be reminded how blessed I am to have such a wonderful, hardworking & handsome husband who loves the Lord & loves me with all of his heart!
