Good times at the desert

The kids absolutely love going camping, especially when we go to the desert. Ashley loves her "quad," her Manga & Paca got her this for Christmas.
This is her other favorite pastime, playing in the dirt. She will sit in a chair or right on the ground in the dirt & play for hours! She loves to play with her friend Rubie who we always go with.
This is me & my friend Tina. Don't mind how we look as Allen says it, we're supposed to be desert dogs!
This particular trip Allen & I went out for a ride in our buggy while Tina watched the kids. About 2 miles out we ran out of gas & had to walk back to camp. Hey at least God gave us beautiful weather & I got my activity points in. Then later that day at 3pm the wind kicked up to 25-35 miles per hour! The kids played the entire time & it didn't bother them one bit. We adults stayed in the trailer & watched them play from afar :).

This is where Christian is the ENTIRE time. He never gets off, he loves riding his quad. He's getting really good at it too.
