Yosemite

We drove into Yosemite for the day as it is only a 2 hour drive from June Lake. It is so breathtakingly gorgeous there!
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We try to do something different each year. This year we hiked up to Vernal Falls. It was a tough hike but well worth it once you reach the top. I only fell twice, lol!

 

Ashley was very High Maintenance as she usually is when she has to exert herself and sweat. What kept her going were all of the cute squirrels and chipmunks along the way.

Once you get to the top you feel this wonderful mist refreshing you, it's like natural air conditioning. A perfect reward for all our hard work.
It was a great day trip!
