We arrived on Friday afternoon and settled into our cabin.
Our Cabin was wonderful, we had a great view of the creek & it was so cozy. We had coffee by the fire every morning.
On Saturday we drove into Monterrey to get our bibs for the race & to walk around the Expo. We also had lunch at a yummy sushi restaurant. I was beautiful.
That evening we had a big pasta party to carb load for the race the next day. Then we all went bed by 9pm so we would be well rested for the race. To be perfectly honest I didn't sleep very well, I kept thinking about how hard it was going to be to run/walk 10.6 miles and Allen 21.6.
