Allen's Haiti trip

This is a view of Haiti from the sesna airplane. The brown road you see is not a road at all, it is the water. All the water down there looks like this & is the main reason why there is so much disease.














These are some of the Haitian people, Allen said they were all very nice & so happy to see Americans. He also thought it was amazing how much weight they could carry on their head. Notice the woman in the middle of the picture in the distance.












This is the hospital he helped run electricity to. It's not exactly Scripps or Kaiser, but the Haitian people are greatful to have it. There is a medical team through our church who will be going down & treating these wonderful people.














This is a teacher at the school Allen went to visit. He saw children learning & being fed beans & rice, which to them is like Filet & Lobster to us. She was holding Allen pretty tight (I think I should be a little concerned she was trying to steal my man! :). Allen said she came walking right up to him really fast & wanted to take a picture with him.
